- 2. *Course Guidance:* Assist students in understanding course content, duration, and outcomes, enabling informed educational choices.
- 3. *Admission Process Support:* Guide students through the enrollment process, clarifying procedures and requirements.
- 4. *Career Counseling:* Advise on career paths and job opportunities relevant to our IT courses.
- 5. *Feedback Collection:* Collect feedback to enhance course offerings and inquiry handling processes.
- 6. *Staying Informed:* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and educational methodologies.
- 7. *Collaboration:* Work with teaching staff and administration to ensure a smooth student experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- - Strong foundational knowledge in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- - 1-2 years of experience in an advisory or customer service role, ideally in an educational environment.
